I am enthusiastic about the PQ online program by Shirzad Chamine. My training with this online program was very effective and efficient for me. The program supported me very well in identifying "old baggage" and "getting rid of it" directly. At the same time, I learned how to discover, strengthen and use my natural "sources of wisdom" within myself. Overall, it is a really valuable online program for anyone interested in professional and personal development, e.g. in the areas of coaching, leadership and teamwork, as well as for personal development in general.

The effort is worth it! The explanations and exercises are structured very systematically and are offered over 6 weeks throughout the day - with a daily personal summary in the evening.
