The focus of my work is very clearly on people as a whole and as part of a system, including all framework conditions and influencing factors (systemic).
I draw on my wealth of knowledge and experience, my empathy, my strong social skills and corresponding intuition. I also use and make use of positive and emotional intelligence and a pinch of humour.
I don't have any "ready-made products" or standard solutions, instead I offer tailor-made bites, just as the customer needs them in their situation. This means that my work is highly flexible, iterative and always a joint learning process.
I work in German and English, in person or virtually and always with the utmost confidentiality
I am the managing director of BG - Bewust Gestalten (Conscious Design) and work in this context with a network of coaches, trainers and experts.

My name is Bettina Gieraths, born in 1969 in Hamburg, Germany. I have been on a surprising journey that brought me where I am today. I am happy and live a fulfilling life in Hamburg.
After graduating from high school, I studied to be a technical draftsman, but even then I noticed that I needed human contact. So I changed careers and studied a diploma in education with a focus on adult education as well as psychology and sociology in Lunenburg and Hamburg University. When I then started working for a large international corporation in 1997, I was very lucky to have a great boss who supported me, but also challenged me. Since then, I have known how important good supervisors are for your own development. Positively persuaded into training sessions and workshops, I enjoyed working with groups more and more, and it became clear that you can only get better if you just doit. The foundation for my passion for lifelong learning was laid.
In order to get a better and more divers perspective of other companies, I started my own company, BG - Bewusst Gestalten in 2000.
After various training courses, including a business mediator, moderator, Culture ID coach and systemic coach and consultant, I am grateful to still have the continuity of the large international corporation and the variety of different industries on a daily basis and to be able to constantly learn something new in my job and meet new people. But above all, to get to know and understand myself better and better.
